In an attempt to recognize the truth, I look to humanity. What is more true than the human condition? I am part of the human race. Experience is what gives mind and body a means to exist. What I experience is entirely my own, yet there is a series of experiences that unite all people. The range of shared experience is almost limitless. These shared experiences can be as simple as taking a breath, to something like a metaphysical crisis. I take a small glimpse into what it means to be human and subvert it through varying means of interpretation. I take the obscure and make it tangible. I stop and look at what it means to be human; that is, for better or for worse, whether it be profound or mundane.
